I tried probably all of "pitch2midi" ,audio2midi", wav2audio" kind of software available on the market and I'm very sorry to say that no one of them gives even half-good results in converting guitar playing to midi.Than i found a VST plugin that do that job amazing.It is named "alien solo".It's features are great,even most subtle details of your playing are recognized and faithfully reproduced in different synth sounds,i mean vibrato,string bending etc...realy good product.But it has no midi out so you can use just it's internal synth for generating output sounds,which is on the other hand very good and can be used to create wide range of bass,solo,pad sounds.Look for "alien solo" at:
