| If you want to double-track your rhythm guitar part than it is always best to record it twice,trying to play exactly the same thing both times and then pan one take full left and the other full right.But very similar effect you can achieve from just one track by copying it then shifting it (delaying) about 10-20 ms and paning two tracks full left and full right.That is exactly what VST plugin type called "doublers" or similar do,though advanced ones do and some kind of modulation on duplicated sound.That technique is very easy and fun for experimenting.Try it. |
